Set up panel to probe Pandit killings: MLC

Senior BJP leader and Member of Legislative Council (MLC) Girdhari Lal Raina on Tuesday urged Governor Satya Pal Malik to order setting up of an inquiry commission into the targeted killings of Kashmiri Hindus in the past three decades to bring culprits to justice.

Calling on the Governor on Tuesday, Raina apprised him of hundreds of victims who were brutally killed by terrorists in the Valley after the eruption of separatist insurgency in 1989-90. He said the killers and collaborators were still roaming free.
