MRSPTU to ink pact with Scotland varsity

BATHINDA: A delegation from Scotland’s University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI) visited Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRSPTU) here on Friday to discuss possible collaborations in the areas of research, aircraft maintenance engineering, MBA aviation, academic excellence, student and faculty exchanges, advancement of technical education and innovation-driven development of linkages with industry in respective countries.

A delegation from Scotland’s University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI) visited Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRSPTU) here on Friday to discuss possible collaborations in the areas of research, aircraft maintenance engineering, MBA aviation, academic excellence, student and faculty exchanges, advancement of technical education and innovation-driven development of linkages with industry in respective countries.

MRSPTU Vice-Chancellor Mohan Paul Singh Ishar and Registrar Jasbir Singh Hundal welcomed the delegation that included Jackie Furneaux, international student officer, and Karan Menon, international representative (India office). — TNS
