Chandigarh: Aam Aadmi Party MLA Kanwar Sandhu has requested Speaker Rana KP Singh to dedicate a part of the special session on November 6 to discuss and debate “how Guru Nanak’s philosophy can help deal with environment disaster that is wrecking havoc in the state”.
