MLA exhorts panchayats to work impartially

Chabbewal MLA Dr Raj Kumar, has urged the newly-elected panchayat members to work neutrally for the betterment of their respective villages.

He said reaching out to people and providing them the benefits of the public welfare schemes launched by the state government should be the prime priority of the panchayats. “Sarpanchs and panches are the link between the government and public and easily approachable,” he added.

Dr Raj said he was committed to work for the development of villages and the upliftment of the natives of his constituency and would work relentlessly for it. Members of the panchayats of Badla Khurd, Chela, Kammowal, Nadalon, Makhsoospur, Ispur, Malmazara, Chagran and Harkhowal villages, were present. OC
