Medallions to mark Guru’s anniversary

CHANDIGARH: The PSIEC has been assigned a task to get commemorative medallions minted and make them available to the masses on the occasion of 550th Parkash Purb celebrations of Guru Nanak Dev.

The PSIEC has been assigned a task to get commemorative medallions minted and make them available to the masses on the occasion of 550th Parkash Purb celebrations of Guru Nanak Dev. The PSIEC has teamed up with the India Post.

Sibin C, Managing Director, PSIEC, said the medallions were officially launched by Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on June 26 this year. Anil Kumar, Chief Post Master General, India Post, said the commemorative medallions have been certified from the MMTC for 999 purity and are available in 24K gold in 5 gm, 7 gm, 10 gm and in 50 gm pure silver. — TNS
