A week after an ISI agent and a wanted Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist was held in Kishtwar, the police on Sunday arrested a man for providing ammunition to a terrorist.
He has been identified as Zahoor Ahmad Kamal, alias Nika Kamal, of Kamal Mohalla, Kishtwar.
He supplied a pistol, grenades, three magazines of AK-47 and 90 rounds to Rameez, an active militant in Kishtwar. He was also wanted in a Rs 1-crore bank robbery case.
Rajinder Gupta, Senior Superintendent of Police, Kishtwar, said, “With his arrest, all five accused wanted in the case are behind the bars. The accused was evading arrest ever since the case was registered in July.”
