MANDI: The police have arrested a man for murder. The accused has been identified as Kashmir Singh (52), a resident of Pargi village, Mandi district.

The police have arrested a man for murder. The accused has been identified as Kashmir Singh (52), a resident of Pargi village, Mandi district.

On February 19, the accused fired a gunshot in the forest area at Balh and the bullet hit Subhash (51), a resident of Jogindernagar.

The accused fled the spot. Locals rushed Subhash to the Nerchowk medical college, where he was declared brought dead. Mandi Additional Superintendent of Police Puneet Raghu said the accused would be produced in a local court. — TNS
