In the annual mega cultural event of LPU, Spectra-2019, as many as 5,000 students showcased their talent.

In the two-day event, various competitions were held – music, dance, literary, theatrics and fine arts – in 29 categories. Also, messages favouring skill development, entrepreneurship, nationality, patriotism and cleanliness, and condemning food wastage, corruption, terrorism, pollution, poverty, and female foeticide marked the event. Students also took out a rally inside the campus to advocate “Say No to Plastics”.

School of Computer Science and Engineering won the trophy, School of Business bagged the position of first runners-up and School of Journalism and Film Production was declared as second runners-up.

LPU Chancellor Ashok Mittal encouraged students to hone their skills. — OC
