Four of the five terrorists involved in the Pulwama terror attack were killed, while one was arrested by security forces, Union Minister of State for Home G Kishan Reddy said in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday. He said the National Investigation Agency has revealed the links of terrorist module of the proscribed JeM, which was responsible for planning and execution of the attack. “Of the five accused, one was a suicide bomber. Govt expresses concern over WB unrest 

Expressing concern over the prevailing law and order situation in West Bengal, MoS for Home G Kishan Reddy informed the Lok Sabha that information was received about a number of incidents of violence in the state before, during and after the General Election, resulting in deaths and injuries to several people. “Concern on the issue was shared with the state and an advisory was issued on June 9, asking the state government to maintain law and order, peace and public tranquillity.” TNS

Naidu lauded for taking up all questions

Rajya Sabha members congratulated Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu on the completion of all listed starred questions during the Question Hour. The last time the House completed the starred questions was on January 2, 2018, which then set a new record by achieving the target after 15 years.
