Sadhna cut

Kishori Shahane Vij

As a child, I was very fond of the fringe on my forehead. They called it the Sadhna cut. As I grew up I changed my look. My family; my daddy, mother and my sisters would go to our relatives’ house during holidays. There I played a lot with my cousins. I would go trekking, cycling; eat lots of ladoos and other stuff.

Play on

One visual that I see in front of my eyes is playing cricket in the house lawn with my younger brother. It feels like I have spent half of my childhood doing the same thing. These are wonderful memories.

Best days

Vahbiz Dorabjee

I remember my parents had changed my school to one that had an American syllabus! Those were the best days of my life. We had so many extracurricular activities like basketball, singing and sports. I made so many good friends and those were the best days of my life.

Pure fun

When I look back, the visual that I see in front of my eyes is playing with my teddy and playing doctor with my friends. I also want to relive my school life where we used to share our tiffin. The life where we had no tension and would enjoy to the fullest; eating candies, ice-cream, chocolates and enjoying.

Shimla charm

Rohitash V Gour

I spent my childhood in Shimla. I will never forget that day when the door of the house got stuck due to heavy snowfall and we removed it with much difficulty! We saw such a beautiful landscape. That time there was no pollution, so it added to the charm of the scenario.
