HSVP to hold mega auction of properties in Panchkula

Buoyed up by the success of the last e-auction, Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) would soon hold two mega auctions of commercial as well as residential properties in this town.

This time, there will be no enhancement charges for the residential properties to go under the hammer.

The Estate Officer will hold meetings with investors in Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh. The allotment branch of the HSVP has been asked to prepare a list of properties lying with it. Later, a survey will be held to identify these sites. The list would exclude the plots which were under litigation or are reserved for oustees.

The 37 residential plots to be auctioned include four sites in Sector 4, six in Sector 11, nine in Sector 12 and 18 sites in Mansa Devi Complex, Sector 6. In sectors across Ghaggar river, 21 plots in Sector 25, 36 in Sector 25, 52 in Sector 27 and more than 30 sites in Sector 28 will be auctioned.

The commercial sites that would be put on auction include 20 properties in Sector 5, including a five-storey showroom, besides nine booths in Sector 11, seven booths in Sector 8, five booths in Sector 10, nine booths in Sector 12, four showrooms and three booths in Sector 15, 10 sites in the MDC, Sector 4, and 10 booth and showroom sites in the MDC, Sector 6.
