Governor extends greetings to Tibetans

SHIMLA: Governor Acharya Devvrat extended Losar greetings to the Tibetans on the occasion of traditional Tibetan New Year, on Tuesday.

Shimla, February 5

Governor Acharya Devvrat extended Losar greetings to the Tibetans on the occasion of traditional Tibetan New Year, on Tuesday. The Tibetan community called on Governor Acharya Devvrat at Raj Bhawan.

Acharya Devvrat said, “I wish a happy and joyful new year and hope it will bring happiness, enthusiasm and joy in everyone’s life and we will work together to have a peaceful world”.

He hoped that brotherhood and ties with the Tibetans would be strengthened. He also prayed for the long life of The Dalai Lama. — TNS
