Expedite probe into Kishtwar killings: BJYM

The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) on Wednesday staged a strong protest demonstration in Kishtwar against the failure of the state to solve the murder of BJP state secretary Anil Parihar and his brother Ajeet Parihar.

Demanding justice, the BJP youth wing workers gathered in large numbers at a protest rally and raised slogans against the state administration and expressed strong resentment against them.

“A large number of workers gathered from the booth level in Kishtwar to show resentment against the slow pace of investigation in the case. We want that the killers should be arrested at the earliest,” said Rocky Goswami, a youth leader.

“We want the government should provide adequate security to common people by installing bunkers within the city and other places. Those opposing the move are playing politics over the issues,” Goswami added. — OC
