According to the complaint filed by the father of girl, she is a student of second year in DU and had left home on Monday morning at 7:00 am. Though she was supposed to return by afternoon, she did not and a man called to say that she was in his custody and he had shot an obscene video of her. “When she didn’t come back even after a day, I called the police control room but they were not ready to listen. They insisted that as she had gone missing from Delhi, we should go to the Delhi police. We remained quiet and called our relatives for help. It was only on Wednesday, when villagers gathered and created pressure, that my complaint was recorded,” the girl’s father said.
