Drug peddler awarded 10-year jail term

ABOHAR: The Fazilka court yesterday sentenced a drug peddler Vinod Kumar, resident of Dutaranwali village, to 10-year imprisonment under the NDPS Act.

The Fazilka court yesterday sentenced a drug peddler Vinod Kumar, resident of Dutaranwali village, to 10-year imprisonment under the NDPS Act. He was also fined Rs one lakh.

The police had seized 3-kg opium from Vinod near Kala Tibba village on October 16, 2010.
