NAWANSHAHR: The Health Department organised a mobile medical check-up-cum health awareness camps under ‘ Sarbat Sehat Bima Yojna’ at different places in Nawanshahr, including Military Ground, taxi stand, RK Arya College and BLM Girls College, here today.

The Health Department organised a mobile medical check-up-cum health awareness camps under ‘ Sarbat Sehat Bima Yojna’ at different places in Nawanshahr, including Military Ground, taxi stand, RK Arya College and BLM Girls College, here today.

Dr Hardeep Singh, Homeopathy Medical Officer; Dr Sonia, Ayurvedic Medical Officer; accompanied by technical and paramedical staff apprised people of the ‘Sarbat Health Bima Yojna’ and various healthcare facilities. Principal RK Arya College Sanjiv Dawar and principal, BLM Girls College, Taranpreet Walia, lauded the efforts of the Health Department and participated in the camp. — OC
