A two-day faculty development programme on pedagogical skills at Rayat Bahra University concluded on Sunday.

The objective of the programme was to create awareness about the benefits of self-development and pro-activeness among the faculty members.

Pedagogy, taken as an academic discipline, is the study of how knowledge and skills are exchanged in an educational context, and it considers the interactions that take place during learning. The workshop included inbound fun-filled activities to make this workshop engaging for participants.

Dilbagh Singh, Director, Brainpower Services Pvt Ltd, along with two facilitators conducted the workshop. Corporate trainer Dilbagh Singh is also a counselor and motivational speaker.

Dr Ajay Goyal, Dean of the University School of Engineering and Technology, Dr Daljit Singh, Vice-Chancellor of the Rayat Bahra University, underlined the importance of hard work for achieving success.
