Ludhiana: A foreign woman was nabbed by the Central Jail staff with 25-gram intoxicant powder. She has been identified as Namatovu Anisha, at present residing at Om Vihar, New Delhi. She visited the jail to meet her husband, Obiji Chilo, on Monday. A case has been registered against her. —TNS
