Cong has lowered level of politics: Satti

BJP state president Satpal Singh Satti on Friday said the clash in the Congress meeting in Shimla on Thursday had downgraded the level of politics.

Addressing mediapersons here, Satti said the image of politics and politicians had received a beating among the people. Targeting former Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh in particular, he said Virbhadra always tried to dictate his terms and force his decisions on the public and party workers.

Rural Development Minister Virender Kanwar has suggested the Congress to bring their dispute at a Jan Manch being organised at different parts of the state. — OC
