Centre misguided Supreme Court: Tanwar

Ashok Tanwar, state Congress president on Monday criticised the Central Government for giving a false affidavit to the Supreme Court in the Rafale deal case.

Tanwar said here that the NDA government had provided a proof of its falsehood by requesting the Supreme Court to revise the verdict in the Rafale case. The Central Government did not only lie in the case relating to the price of Rafale fighter planes but also misguided the court regarding the date of constitution of Reliance Defence Limited. It also misled the Supreme Court in the matter of statements of former and current Prime Minister of France. — TNS
