Canadian college delegation visits MRSPTU

BATHINDA: Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRSPTU) will sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with NorQuest College, Edmonton, Alberta (Canada), opening doors for students aspiring to undertake study abroad.

Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRSPTU) will sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with NorQuest College, Edmonton, Alberta (Canada), opening doors for students aspiring to undertake study abroad.

A delegation from NorQuest College visited MRSPTU here on Tuesday to finalise collaborations in the potential areas of academic upgrade, employment programmes, continuing education, health (pharmacy), business, research, exchange of faculty, staff and students, study opportunities for visiting international students and joint research projects.

MRSPTU vice-chancellor Mohan Paul Singh Ishar, Registrar Jasbir Singh Hundal, Giani Zail Singh Campus Director Savina Bansal, deans/ directors and heads of departments, welcomed the Canadian delegation.

The MoU will be signed between MRSPTU and NorQuest College at a special ceremony to be held on February 7 in Chandigarh.
