Youth stabbed to death in Ballabgarh

FARIDABAD: The police have registered a case in connection with the murder of a 25-year-old youth in Ballabgarh town. His body was found lying on the Civil Hospital premises on Saturday morning. No one has been arrested so far. The victim, identified as Vishal, had gone to attend the birthday party of his friend. After the party, Vishal and a friend went out for a smoke. At that time, two unidentified persons armed with a knife assaulted Vishal. He succumbed to injuries in hospital. Sources claimed the murder could be related to a money dispute.

Truck driver shot at, robbed in Gurugram

Gurugram: Five robbers allegedly shot at a truck driver and robbed him of Rs 1,600 on the Delhi-Jaipur highway in Bilaspur on Saturday. An FIR has been registered at Bilaspur police station. Truck driver Shailender Kumar (30) has been admitted to hospital. He was on his way to pick goods from Behror when the incident took place near a dhaba around 6 am. OC
