Approval granted to 12 industrial proposals

Shimla: A meeting of the State Single Window Clearance & Monitoring Authority held here on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur, approved 12 proposals for setting up new enterprises and expansion units. According to an official release, the existing units have proposed an investment of Rs 227.79 crore. It is likely to employ 1,220 persons. Director, Industries, Hans Raj Sharma conducted the proceedings. TNS
