Rohtak, July 9

Loktantra Suraksha Party (LSP) leader and former MP Raj Kumar Saini has stated that the slogan of ‘sabka saath, sabka vikas’ given by the BJP was mere lip-service as the saffron leaders were focused only on their own ‘vikas’.

Talking to reporters, Saini, whose ‘rath yatra’ reached Rohtak today, said the BJP slogans had remained limited to the speeches of its leaders and couldn’t get implemented on the ground.

“The BJP is inducting those persons into the party who had got Haryana burnt, which has proved that the state regime was behind the arson and violence witnessed during the Jat quota stir in 2016,” he stated.

Terming the BJP as the “biggest enemy of the SCs and BCs,” the former BJP MP said the saffron party was trying to further its vested interests in the name of Hindutva and nationalism.

The LSP leader accused the BJP government in Haryana of having failed to address the issue of unemployment. The law and order situation in the state is pitiable, he added.
