BJP councillor thrashes ''drunk'' cop in Meerut, misbehaves with woman

A Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) councillor thrashed a Sub-Inspector who came to his hotel with a woman in Meerut, a video of which has gone viral.

The Sub-Inspector had come to the hotel with the woman lawyer and got into an argument with a waiter.

As per reports, the cop was “drunk” at the time he picked up a fight with the waiter.  Following which, Manish, the councilor, beat up the Sub-Inspector. 

The incident was reported on Sunday. A case was filed and Manish was arrested.
