In addition to singing and acting, Harrdy Sandhu has ventured into the fitness industry and has launched the gym chain in Punjab and Chandigarh. Harrdy Sandhu is soon going to be seen in the movie 83 portraying the character of cricketer Madan Lal.

A priority   

Fitness to me is a choice as it keeps my mind and body fit. One has to keep a priority of being physically right. It boosts the feel good factor and makes one look good all the time.

Tough but manageable 

Truthfully speaking, while many envy us for our lifestyles, keeping fit is very tough for people like us. We actually have to find the time to take to the gym due to our hectic schedules. But I keep at it and make it a point to gym at least four times a week. When the will is strong you will find a way, it may be an early morning jog in the hotel lawns. 

Be natural   

Natural diet is the best form of food for a fit lifestyle. The protein supplements are just a bubble which can burst any time. What we eat normally should do the needful and let our stomachs be our guiding line. Keep it one fourth empty to feel refreshed all the time. 

Binging once in a while is important  

I love to binge on butter chicken and Thai chicken curry. One should not forgo such pleasures of the palate for it spikes the happy quotient in life.  

I really admire in the world of fitness 

I look up to cricketer Sachin Tendulkar for his steadfast physical image.

My humble suggestions 

I would suggest everyone to have a diet that incorporates the staple food of your region. Our body is designed to consume them. Most importantly, I personally advise everyone to have a light meal at night and also monitor your sweet intake.
