Chandigarh, April 23

Volunteers of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) today campaigned for their candidate Harmohan Dhawan in the Sector 15 market. They were warm welcomed and assured full support and vote for the AAP candidate.

“If we are sitting in these booths today, it is because of Dhawan and cannot forget his struggle to get us our right to do our business as shopkeepers rather than rehri fadi,” they said.

Dhawan while addressing the shopkeepers said that booth markets in the city was a long story of struggle in which he, along with rehriwalas and fadiwalas went to jail thrice and was successful in getting 3,200 licences to these poor people. — TNS
