Drishti Dr RC Jain Innovative Public School, Narangwal, organised a series of workshops on neurotransmitters and adolescence for students of Classes VI to XI.
The adolescents were made aware of various developmental stages of human being. The resource persons, Dr Suneet Arora and Dr Preeti Arora, conducted various sessions.
The interactive session included problems faced by adolescents and how by understanding the behaviour of neurotransmitters these problems, such as mood volatility, conflicts and rude behavior, could be solved. Students discussed the role of brain and neurotransmitters in affecting their behaviour. Interactive games such as “The Orchestra and the Circus” were also held.
