2,630 examined at health camp in Yamunanagar

Jeewandeep Society, an NGO, on Sunday held a mega health check-up and blood donation camp at Shiv Mandir, Munda Majra, Yamunanagar. 

Kanwar Pal, Speaker, Haryana Assembly, was the chief guest and Dr Vijay Dahiya, Medical Superintendent of Mukand Lal District Civil Hospital, was the guest of honour. 

Dr Ajay Mishra, spokesperson of Jeewandeep Society, said 2,630 patients were examined and treated by specialists and super specialists. In the camp, 700 spectacles and 42 hearing aids were given to needy patients. He said 105 units of blood were collected during the camp.  Kanwar Pal said organising such health camps was a great service to the ailing humanity.
