The two-day 42nd edition of the annual athletics meet concluded at Guru Nanak Public School, Model Town Extension, here on Thursday.
Around 1,500 students from the primary section took part in various sports events and fun games.
Parents of the students and faculty members were present on the concluding day of the athletics meet.
Bikramjit Bhanot, assistant education officer, Ludhiana, was the chief guest at the prize distribution function.
Jasbir Singh Ryait, president of the school managing committee, thanked the chief guest and congratulated the winners.
Principal Mona Singh proposed a vote of thanks and appreciated the staff for conducting the event successfully. The meet concluded with the National Anthem.
